    I was able to move his hand articulation and head after freezing. But those balljoints on his shoulders won't do it. His body is softer and rubbery so if I tried too hard I'm sure the joints would break.

    Anybody else have this problem?

    you vcasn pop the arms out with little effort without breaking them.
